Bangkok International Fashion Week showcase Spring/Summer 2011 collections through 15 orchestrated shows at Siam Paragon. 15 leading Thai brands such as FLYNOW, Theatre inspired by Citibank by Theatre, KAI, Issue, Tube Gallery, Senada, 27Nov., ASV by ASAVA presented by Bangkok Airways, Project 1.1 by Greyhound inspired by Nokia, PAINKILLER, AB-Normal, k and I, and Singha Life.

With budget more than 40 million baht, in four-day event, Three major shopping mall powerhouse; Siam Paragon, Siam Center, The Emporium, and Siam Discovery are working together encouraging top Thai designers to showcase their collection during the fashion week.

This year concept theme for Bangkok International Fashion Week ‘Fashion Networking’ encourage Thai fashion designers, helping to create market and business opportunities, and providing opportunities for designers to present their work. Social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter and QR codes are used to present real time fashion insights, allowing fashionistas to stay ahead of the game.

Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO of Siam Paragon said, “This event is a result of the cooperation four established fashion centres of Siam Paragon, Siam Center, The Emporium, and Siam Discovery in continuous effort to establish Bangkok among the world’s fashion cities. This promoting Bangkok International Fashion Week as Thailand’s fashion week with Siam Paragon as the fashion hub.”.
